About Sofia
Sofia offers tailored programs for any system, organization or individual stuck on a personal, energetic or soul level who is ready to make a difference in their life. She brings direction, resolution, clarity and self-empowerment to her clients.
Internationally qualified as a Family and Systemic Constellations Therapist, Life Coach, Theta Healing and Shamanic Practitioner. She has been accompanying people in their healing journeys since 2015, working with men, women, couples, families, and organizations in individual and group settings. She is fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, and she offers her work online and in-person to the international community.
She has lived and travelled to many other countries in the past 20 years, encountering many experiences and closely working with people of all ages, backgrounds, nationalities, and physical and physiological abilities. This life path has allowed her to develop an exceptional eye for reading any environment, relationship, individual, physical body, and energetic field dynamics, offering the ready ones new ways for positive changes.

'As a child, I never understood why my body reacted as it does to some circumstances and people around me. I grew up in a Spanish seaside town, spending hot summers in the Atlantic Ocean, swimming for hours in the blue sea. Although I was a happy child, I struggled with many mental illnesses since I was quite young, believing something was wrong with me.
